Thousands of art lovers strolled around Lake Morton this weekend for the annual Mayfaire-by-the-Lake festival where 149 artists in various media competed for $17,000 in prize money and vendors sold tasty treats and other merchandise.
Best of Show
Miami digital artist Alex Lanier captured the Best of Show award and a $5,000 prize.

This was a great Mayfaire, but very hot on Saturday. I might have done the awards a bit differently but this is a good list of winners! Congratulations to all the artists!
I volunteered for 10 consecutive years and would love to go back to see the evolution of Mayfaire since my volunteering time but my life circumstance are very different now.
