Ryan and Abigail Tidwell’s home on Coventry Avenue was recognized for their “classic Florida shady yard” by the Lakeland Beautification committee.

Stacy Smith, Lakeland horticulturist said “They planted all the right material.”

Smith said “It’s a MIDFLORIDA you might not see very easily, ” but praised it’s beautifully manicured parking lots.

The Beautification Board of the city of Lakeland awards certificates of merit to citizens or places of business in Lakeland who have made certain improvements to their property that contribute to the overall beauty of the city.
