How unlucky can one family get? A home on the edge of Imperial Lakes that was on the market for $1 million was hit by lightning for the second time and destroyed, Bay News 9 reports.

The first lightning strike was a couple years ago and just damaged some electronics, homeowner Ronald Malone told reporter Saundra Weathers. A previous family home in Kansas was heavily damaged by a tornado, he told her.
