The likely chief tenant for the Tudor House in Dixieland is a craft beer and wine bar whose owners have big plans, property owner Gregory Fancelli tells The Ledger. Richard Sherfey, a Lakeland native and part of the team that founded Orlando’s Redlight Redlight Beer Parlour, is saying little about his plans for the bar. He previously considered two other Lakeland bar locations: one downtown for a venue called Cob and Pen  and another Dixieland site.
