Camp Fire Sunshine, a nonprofit dedicated to providing enriching experiences for Lakeland youth, will host their 10th annual Creepy Crawly Fall Festival from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25.

This year, the festival has added trackless train rides and a trunk-or-treat that will take over the Camp Fire parking lot. Parking for the event is at Common Ground Playground at 1000 E. Edgewood Drive. Free golf cart shuttles between the parking lot and the event will be provided.

Wrist bands can be purchased in advance. Children must be registered to receive a goody bag at the event.

Who: Children in Pre-K through 5th grade, siblings welcome

What to expect:

  • 15 local vendors
  • Carnival games and inflatables
  • Train rides
  • Trunk-or-treat
  • Costume contest at 12:30 p.m. with awards for most creative, scariest, cutest and funniest costumes
  • Food and drink for purchase

When: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25

Where: 2600 Buckingham Ave., Lakeland, FL — Free parking at Common Ground Playground with golf cart shuttles to the event

Cost: 

  • $8 per child includes unlimited games and inflatables, one train ride, one trip through the trunk-or-treat, costume contest entry and one craft project
  • $3 hot dog lunch with chips and a drink
  • $1 for additional train ride tickets for children and adults
  • Free entry for parents/guardians and children two and under
