A grieving father tells News Channel 8 his 2-year-old son’s death could have been prevented if the courts and the Florida Department of Child and Family Services had taken his warnings seriously. Jayden Hines was beaten unconscious by a man dating his mother, Lakeland police said when arresting the man.
