Lakeland police are asking residents for help locating Ingrid Purvis, 70, a dementia patient who was reported missing Tuesday from Lakeland Regional Health’s Hollis Cancer Center, 3525 Lakeland Hills Blvd.

She was last seen leaving the cancer center around 3 p.m. Tuesday, the Lakeland Police Department said in a Facebook post. She is believed to be driving a white Chrysler Pacifica minivan with a wheelchair ramp on the passenger side and Florida license plate KWW E34.

Police said the silver-haired Purvis is 5 feet 2 inches, weighs 150 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue patterned shirt and gray capri pants.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Lakeland Police Department at 863-834-6966.
