Lakelanders looking for new dining experiences will have a chance to buy products from a rotating list of local food startups through a “pop-up window” at the Catapult Lakeland business incubator, LALtoday reports. Check a calendar to learn when the various vendors will be serving from the window, located along the patio on the east side of the new Catapult building at 502 E. Main St.
