- Broadway Real Estate, with significant downtown holdings, is joined by Lakeland’s Rodda Construction and architect Steve Boyington on one team.
- Gregory Fancelli‘s Prestige Worldwide Development Group and former Lakeland Downtown Development Director Jim Edwards are part of the Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corp. team.
- National engineering firm Kimley-Horn and Associates, whose planners outlined the potential for North Lake Mirror, joins a team headed by Tampa’s Framework Group.
