Two local elementary school teachers with an entrepreneurial itch, are planning a family-friendly north Lakeland restaurant that will feature three golf simulators, LALtoday reports. The Back Nine at U.S. 98 and Duff Road will feature an “American casual” menu and a 20+-seat bar. Owners Ethan and Jenna Smith are looking at a fall opening.
