As Polk County health officials prepare to dispense an expected 5,500 doses of COVID-19 vaccines this week, county commissioners learned that more than 33,000 people have registered for the vaccine using an online portal that launched last Thursday, The Ledger reports. In all, 45,000+ people have signed up via phone line or online. Commissioners on Tuesday discussed usability issues involving the mobile version of the portal (which LkldNow described last week) and confusion about email verification.

  1. I have registered online, but when I tried to register my companion I wasn’t allowed more than one name to an email. He cannot do this by himself as he has Alzheimer’s disease and cancer. Can you help me solve this problem?
