Norma Jean (Wovries) Potts, 88, of Lakeland, FL, passed away on August 31, 2026. She was born November 17, 1937, in Dayton, Ohio.

Norma was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was defined by the quiet artistry of her hands. She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Raymond Potts; her sons, Ronald Potts and Daniel Eugene Potts; and her brother, Harold R. Wovries.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Austin William Potts (Jennifer), Casey Ryan Potts (Carley), and Heather Nicole Potts; and her great-grandchildren, Mason Potts, Jace Potts, Reese Potts, Jack Potts, Montgomery Potts, Chloe Scott, and Cameron White, who will carry her memory and legacy forward.
