J. Crew Factory, a retailer of discounted fashion and accessories for men, women and children, will join the roster of shops at Lakeside Village this summer, the Continental Realty Corporation announced Tuesday.

A Nordstrom Rack is also expected to open at Lakeside Village, the open-air mall, in the fall.

J. Crew Factory has signed a lease for 6,368 feet of space at the mall, the corporation said. It will be in the storefront along the center circle formerly occupied by New York and Company.

Nordstrom Rack, a higher-end fashion retailer, will occupy the 30,000-square-foot building previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond.

Lakeside Village now has more than 70 tenants, including Kohl’s, Belk, CMX Lakeside Village 18 & IMAX, and Books-A-Million

“Need to get dressed for your first job interview, a special wedding or an upcoming vacation? You’ve come to the right place,” J. Crew Factory says of its offerings.
