  1. That story is totally erroneous. The fact that the resident lives on a 4-acre lot found its way on the editing floor. The previous home-owner requested the 1″ water meter because of the expansive irrigation system on the 4-acre lot. A 1″ water meter pumps about three times the amount of water which the original homeowner said they needed in order to push the irrigation system.
