City parks personnel joined artist Mike Hansel (shown in a white T-shirt) this morning in installing a large sculpture at the corner of Lemon Street and Massachusetts Avenue. This is the first of several outdoor sculptures that will be installed along Lemon Street for the city’s 2017 outdoor sculpture competition. The Parks and Recreation Department has assumed responsibility for the competition, which was co-sp0nsored last year by the Polk Museum of Art.
