Construction of Central Bark, a $350,000 dog park near the north shore of Lake Mirror, is scheduled to start in September. Private fund-raising for the city’s fourth dog park (see the others here) stalled, but “thanks to our city manager and city commission, we were able to move some money around and make this happen,” Parks and Red Director  Bob Donahay tells Bay News 9’s Stephanie Claytor.
