Sister Janice Janell Snead was born on December 2, 1950, in Lakeland, FL. She retired from Verizon Communications. She went to sleep with the Lord on September 8, 2023.She was a faithful member of The Pentecostal Church of God for many years. She served as a Praying Woman.

Ke’Vaine DeCorey Hamlet Sr. (Corey) was born May 8th, 1967 in Tampa, Florida to Bobby Hamlet Sr. and Patricia Hamlet. He was educated in the Hillsborough County School System where he graduated from Jefferson High School in 1996.

Jean Orwig Eissman, 85 of Lakeland passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023, with her family by her side.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angela Baker Coleman on August 27th, 2023, at the age of 44 years old. Angela was born on October 30th, 1978, in Linton, Indiana. Angela was a loving wife, mother, and daughter. Her presence in our lives was a gift we will forever cherish.

Ronald Eugene Eichholtz, 74 of Lakeland passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center. He was born in Rochester, Indiana where he resided until moving to Florida in 1974 after serving his country during the Vietnam War.

We are sad to announce the passing of Lesley Castro of Lakeland, Florida. She was born on August 3, 1961 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. She entered into our Lord’s arms Friday, September 8, 2023 at the young age of 62. Lesley passed away surrounded by her family after a 34 year battle with MS. She was the daughter of a Coast Guardsman.

Gladys was born in Puerto Rico on April 29, 1951 to parents Leonardo and Miguelina (Alequin) Gonzalez. In 1954, her family moved to New Jersey where she spent majority of her childhood and upbringing.

Eric David Wilson, 58 passed away on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Lakeland Florida. Eric was born in Dayton Ohio on December13, 1964 to David & Roberta Wilson. He moved with his family to Lakeland Florida in 1986.

Kathleen King, 80, passed away on September 4, 2023, in Lakeland, FL. Mrs. King was born in Lewiston, Maine, where she resided until she met her husband, Douglas. After meeting, their love for each other was immediate, as they were married in three days. Sixty-two years later, their love remains.

Mrs. Kathryn N. Menefee went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 3rd, 2023. She was the daughter of Florian and Julia (Volkulich) Novotney born in early November in Heilwood, Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 4 sisters; 2 brothers; and her beloved husband, James D. Menefee Sr.
