Phyllis Killingsworth of Lakeland, Florida passed away peacefully at home, November 14, 2023. She was born February 12, 1940, in Ekalaka, Montana to parents Robert and Rena Shults. She was a beloved member of Victory Church. She was a childcare provider at Evangel Christian School Daycare. She loved playing her clarinet in the church orchestra.

Floy Mae Mock, 81, of Winter Haven passed away on November 13th peacefully at home with her beloved husband Dan and family at her side. Floy was born November 11, 1942, in rural Trussville, Alabama to James and Floy Massey. She was the eighth of nine children and the youngest girl.

Arnold A. Preston Jr., 77, went to be with the Lord in the early morning November 11, 2023.

Mary Merle Jones, 94, went home to be with the Lord Nov. 11, 2023. Mrs. Jones was born in Beaufort, SC on June 29, 1929, to the late Leon & Annabelle McTeer. She loved attending church and reading her Bible, as well as completing crossword puzzles.

Marilyn Breckstein Signer died peacefully at Lakeland Regional Medical Center on November 11, 2023 at the age of 98. She was born on September 16, 1925 in Charleston, West Virginia to Aaron and Zelda Cohen Breckstein. The family owned Breckstein’s Department Store in Richwood, West Virginia, where they were the only Jews in town. When Marilyn’s father died in 1935, she moved with her mother and baby brother to Charleston and then Washington, DC before finally settling in Miami, Florida.

Ms. Kyle Marie Allard, 31, passed away in Jacksonville on Friday, November 10, 2023. Kyle was born in Springfield, Missouri on August 28, 1992 to parents Mark and Ellen (Gorman) Connerton. After graduating from William T. Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, she attended Florida Southern College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing on May 2, 2014.

Steven D Brown, 72, left this earth peacefully after his battle with leukemia on November 9th, 2023 in his Brandon, FL home. Born in Lakeland, FL September 24th 1951 to William & Wilma Brown. He graduated from Lakeland High School in 1969.
