A former president of the Kathleen High School Athletic Booster Club has been charged with theft after admitting he used club credit cards for personal purchases, the Polk Sheriff’s Office said. He told deputies he thought he deserved payment because he used his personal car and phone for club activities, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
