Zelma J Daigle, 95

Zelma Daigle passed away on September 13, 2021. She was born on August 31, 1926 in Presque Isle, Maine.

Zelma was a long-standing member of First United Methodist Church of Lakeland, Florida, participating in the Bykota class, United Methodist Women, and serving as the church’s membership secretary from 1985-1998. She was also a member of PEO, Chapter DO. She loved knitting, watching baseball, and playing bridge.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert E. Daigle, Sr. She is survived by her children, Cindy Holthouser (Ralph), Beth Harvey (Wade), and Rob Daigle, Jr. (Lori); five grandchildren, Andrea, Holt, Tori, Kurt, and Chloe. She also has three great-grandsons, Finn, Wells, and Banks.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church Sanctuary (72 Lake Morton Drive Lakeland, FL 33801). Condolences may be sent to the family at Heath Funeral Chapel.
