William (Bill) Harold Morris, 71 passed away June 23, 2020 at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland Florida.
He was born to the late Harold William Morris and Lois Irene (Brown) Morris on November 27, 1948 in Syracuse, NY.
He is survived by his domestic partner Annette Grow and their 2 dogs Benjamin and Baby Girl, His daughter Michelle Ballek and her husband Tom, his son Greg Morris and his wife Amy, his grand children Louise Barket, AJ Ballek, Jenna Ballek, and Nick Morris, 2 Great grand children Blaze and Zayden Barket, his brother Steven Morris and 3 sisters Lori Webster, Pam Duncan and Sherri Stauffer. William was predeceased by his son William(Billy) Harold Morris Jr and his Grand daughter Ashley Steckel
He migrated to PA from his hometown where he worked for the Lehigh and Northampton Transformation Authority for over 40 years as a bus driver who became great friends with many of his regular passengers. Shortly after retiring he proudly earned his GED. During the early part of his retirement he enjoyed traveling many places and riding his Harley on the open road with his friends for fun and various charitable events. Further along in retirement his love for country life blossomed when he moved to Florida and bought a horse a tractor and attended to four steer’s. He enjoyed helping out at the Ranch with various handyman projects and assisting in wedding venues held there. Many people enjoyed his outgoing personality and willingness to always lend a hand to his neighbors and friends.
