Local Preservationist Plans to Relocate FSC’s President’s Residence

In April, Ludd Spivey LLC purchased and ultimately demolished two homes on the shore of Lake Hollingsworth to prepare for the possible move.

The city’s chief horticulturalist complimented a giant staghorn fern, fiddle-leaf figs and black diamond crape myrtle trees.

The entrepreneurs behind downtown’s Revival cocktail lounge hope to open a restaurant in the fall, but ‘there’s still a long way ahead.’
