Theodore W. Stapper passed away on March 24, 2023, in Lakeland, Florida. He was born in San Antonio, TX to Harold and Elizabeth Stapper on December 18, 1931. Theodore was a US Navy Veteran and was married to and survived by Elizabeth Stapper and their 2 daughters.
