Melven Mayweather, 76

He was born May 11, 1947 in Ocala, Florida. He was preceeded in death by his Mother Jennie Smith Mayweather, Father Jerry Mayweather& Brother Gene Joyner.

He is survived by his devoted Brother Carl Mayweather and his Loving and loyal neices, Tunesia Mayweather, Kietta Mayweather Bracy (Randolph Bracy III), Shayla Mayweather and Nephew, Jarriet Mayweather, Great neices and Nephews- Vonshaye’ Hunter, Kawon Hunter, Taylor Mayweather Gamble & Amir Chisholm and a host of Great Great neices and Nephews. He will also be missed by his Special cousin, Beverly Williams ,Kind Friends, co-workers and Neighbors in his Community.

Uncle Melven loved driving before his health declined. He knew these highways and byways like the back of his Hands. He retired as a skillful and safe Bus/ Commercial Driver after 40 plus years.

He was awarded DRIVER OF THE MONTH from Central Florida Transit, Inc.

A visitation will be held at Oldham Funeral Home 1537 Kettles Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33805 on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
