Marilyn Renee Wright, 69

Marilyn Renee Wright, 69, of Foxwood Village, Lakeland, Florida, died Friday, August 4, 2023, at Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born August 12, 1953, in Canton, Ohio, the daughter of Emerson Fiddler and Lorraine (Myers) Fiddler. She had two sisters, Faye Winchell (Spouse Dan Winchell), and Barbara Ball (Spouse Dan Ball). Marilyn married David Campbell on October 27, 1972, and had one daughter Michelle Hanttula (Spouse Joe Hanttula).

Marilyn married on October 29, 2014, to Brian L. Wright, Sr. until he passed away on November 7, 2019. She enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters, Taylor Wade (Spouse Ben Wade) and Hailey Hanttula, and her Christian faith was an essential part of her life. A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Her cremains will be scattered in the waves along the ocean at Clearwater Beach (her favorite beach) on Saturday, August 12th in honor of what would have been her 70th birthday.
