Cheryl Frances Palumbo, 69, passed away in Lakeland the evening of Saturday, September 28, 2024. Cheryl was born in Knoxville, TN to John W. and Mary (Barrier) Simpson on June 7, 1955.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Angelo D. Palumbo, daughter Candy Major, stepchildren Natachia Bove and David Angelo, 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Danielle Street.

Cheryl will be laid to rest privately at Florida National Cemtery in Bushnell, with no public services at this time.
