Beverly Ann Rippy, 74, passed away August 24, 2024. Mrs. Rippy was born in Smithfield, North Carolina on July 25, 1950, to the late Carl and Shirley Warren.
She moved to Lakeland in 1960, and later graduated from Lakeland High School. She retired from Lakeland Regional Health after a 40 year career in coding with the hospital. Mrs. Rippy was a longtime member of First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Rippy is survived by her children, Steven (Katie) Rippy, Michael (Jennifer) Rippy and Allison (Albert) Johnson; sisters, Carla Morey and Cathy Hill; grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, Kaylee, Abigail, Ava, Ethan, Ady, Isley and Evea; great-grandchildren, Brantley and Declyn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Rippy; daughter, Kimberly Rippy; and sister, Theresa Horn.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Crestview Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in Oak Hill Burial Park.
