Harry P. Small, 78, of Lakeland, FL, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2020 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House with his family by his side.
Harry was born August 20, 1941, in Marine City, MI, to Harry Anthony and Mary Vera (Rager) Small. He married Teresa Small on May 21, 2001.
He was employed by General Motors in Pontiac, MI for 30 years. Harry enjoyed life to the fullest and retired at the young age of 50 to experience all that life had to offer. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed spending his free time on the open road with his close friends. Harry enjoyed traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a generous soul and would offer his assistance to anyone in need of help.
He is survived by his spouse, Teresa Small of Lakeland; children, Harry W. Small of Brown City, MI, Travis Calhoun of Lakeland, and Terena Landowski of Fort Drum, NY; grandchildren, Rachel, Alex, Andrew and Quorra.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Anthony Small; mother, Mary Vera Small; sister Kathleen Small.
A small memorial service will be held June 4th for family and close friends. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Good Shepherd Hospice of Lakeland, FL.
