Dominique “Domoe” Rodmon of Lakeland, FL passed away on July 28, 2021. He was 32.

Domoe was born February 3, 1989 to the late Ronald Rodmon, Sr and Charlene Battle. He graduated from Lake Gibson Senior High School. He received an AA Degree from Keiser University, Lakeland, FL and a BA Degree from Bethune Cookman University, Daytona Beach, FL. While attending Bethune he worked as an assistant to the football coaching staff during the Bethune Cookman Wildcats football games. He was a model with Epicurean Modeling Troupe and was an instructor for Rekonstruktion Dance Troupe.

He joined Pilgrim Rest Free Will Baptist Church under the leadership of his grandfather, Bishop Henry J. Rodmon, where he was a member of the choir. Dominique was full of life, never met a stranger, had a welcoming personality and was a delight to be around. He was employed at RP Funding Center, Lakeland, FL as a Mixologist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Rodmon, Sr and Charlene Battle. His paternal grandfather, Bishop Henry J. Rodmon, paternal grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Rhodes, maternal grandfather, Charlie Battle, Auntie/Mama, Dale Dixon, brother, Ronald Rodmon, Jr, and aunts, and uncles.

His love and memories will forever be cherished and continued by his paternal grandmother, Hazel Rodmon, maternal step grandmother, Queen Battle, stepmother, Regina Rodmon, sister, Kendra Rodmon, brothers, Willie Thomas and Cory Seymore, aunts – Vivian Mobley, Laurette Mobley, Trellis Caines (Evenston), and Wanda Latimore (Vinson); cousin/brother Derrelle Harvey and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends, friends, and classmates.

Service will be held on Saturday, August 7th at 11 a.m. at the Oldham Funeral Home (1537 Kettles Avenue Lakeland, FL 33805). Condolences may be sent to the family at Oldham Funeral Home.
