I don’t think this building should cut the access to Florida Ave from Eastway should be removed as this serves as a cross between Cleveland Heights and Fl. Ave.and also has the street light. This would cut off access for emergency vehicles to get into this community from Fl. Ave which would make it a matter of life or death in this older community.. They need to put the exit either on Fl. Ave or on Robin Road that is less traveled.
