Bonnie Combee Boles, 76, passed away April 15, 2021.

Bonnie was born in Lakeland on November 12, 1944 to parents Aldine and Agnes Combee. She was a lifelong Lakelander and was proud of her family heritage. She graduated from Lakeland High School in 1962, then attended Jones Business College in Jacksonville, FL. After 20 plus years of service, she retired from the Polk County Clerk of Court.

Bonnie was a member of Green Pond Baptist Church and loved Southern Gospel music, as well as playing the piano. She loved gardening and was an excellent southern cook that loved to cook for her family. She was committed wholeheartedly to being a wife and mother; she raised three children and was the absolute best grandmother to her grandchildren. Bonnie a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Michael Combee, Jimmy Combee, and Randy Combee. She is survived by her husband of 49 years Curtis Boles; son Billy Boles (Penny) of Mayo, FL; daughter Denise Callahan of Lakeland, FL; daughter Katie Sadler (Chris) of Lakeland, FL; brother John Combee of Polk City, FL; grandchildren Guy Callahan of Lakeland, FL, Jerrad Boles of Live Oak, FL, CJ Sadler of Lakeland, FL, Lacey Campbell of Lakeland, FL; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 10 a.m., at Oak Hill Burial Park. Condolences may be sent to the family at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes.
