Beverly Joyce Wade was born to Ruby Cooley Wallace and Wallace Ray Thompson on January 20, 1948. She entered heaven on July 31, 2021.

She was a lifelong Floridian and the epitome of southern grace. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mulberry where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She was a sales professional who retired from Lakeland Auto Mall. She was a published poet and lead a beautiful online ministry. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of forty years, Charles Ronald Wade, brothers David (Sandy) and Chuck (Donna) Thompson, children Kenneth Darren, Katherine Denise and Eddie Talmadge (Amy Elizabeth) McSwain, and grand darlings Connor Patrick and Emily Katherine McSwain.

Services will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home-Serenity Gardens Chapel, 3350 Mall Hill Drive in Lakeland. The family will receive visitors from 10 to 11 a.m. with a memorial to immediately follow. Condolences may be sent to the family at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes.
