Ronald Earl Heath, aged 72

Ronald Earl Heath, aged 72, passed away on October 21, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida. Born in Albertville, Alabama, on November 17, 1952, he was the son of William Leon “Buck” Heath and Erma Stevens Delong.

Ronnie dedicated 34 years to Linder Machinery as a transport driver and mechanic before concluding his career with ABP Electric, retiring in 2024. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, and fishing, with a particular fondness for saltwater fishing. Ronnie valued time spent relaxing in his garage, often referred to as his “man cave,” in the company of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Michael Heath, and his son Heath. He is survived by his wife, Jo Heath; his daughter, Christie May; his son, Steven Heath (Rachel); as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home, located at 3350 Mall Hill Road, Lakeland, FL 33810.
