Robert Lavon Grizzle of Lakeland, FL, born June 17, 1944, at 81 years old, entered into eternity with Jesus on Monday, March 9, 2026. The life he lived will never be forgotten. “Papa” leaves behind a legacy of hard work, kindheartedness, and a steadfast love for both his family and our savior, Jesus Christ.

Robert is survived by his 5 children: Robert Thomas Grizzle, Debra Lynn Tyler, Brian Frank Grizzle, Jonathan David Grizzle, Christina Gail Morris; Siblings: Russell Grizzle, Gary Grizzle, John E.Grizzle, Billy Grizzle, and Shirley Grizzle; many grandchildren and several other family members: Jessica, Zachary, Anna, Margaret, Malachi, Michael L., Lilly, Ashton, Elizabeth, Jariel, Jared, Jonael, Josiah, Aleiris, Alianis, Michael J., Eva, Jerrod, and Ethan
