Lenora Jane Evans, 90, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026.
Born on March 1, 1936, Lenora lived a full and meaningful life characterized by her deep devotion to her family and her faith. Known to everyone as the most kind and gentle soul, her presence brought warmth and comfort to all who knew her. She is the beloved wife of Ronald B. Evans, with whom she has shared 59 beautiful years of marriage, building a lifetime of love, partnership, and cherished memories.
Lenora’s faith was a cornerstone of her life. She deeply loved her church family at Gibsonia Full Gospel Church of God, finding great joy in her fellowship, service, and community. Her legacy of grace and compassion will live on through the generations she adored.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald B. Evans. She is also survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Cinda and Mark Roush, Nina and Jeff McCullom, Nita Johnson, and Christina and Thomas Fillyaw; as well as her many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
