Larry Allen Finch, 62

Larry Allen Finch of Mulberry passed away at the age of 62 in Lakeland, Florida on October 14, 2025. He was born in Ripley, West Virginia to Clyde F. Finch and Erma Jones Finch. Larry lived in Mulberry for over fifty years, raising his family and making friends with many along the way.

He loved drag races, fishing, hunting, bee keeping and had a knack for finding arrowheads, a true relic of Florida History.

Though his days of uncovering hidden treasures are over, his greatest discoveries were not just the points he found, but the stories and friendships he forged along the way. No matter where he was in life, he never met a stranger. His kind spirit and curious soul will be greatly Missed by all of his loved ones.

Larry is survived by his sons, Steven Finch, Travis Finch (Megan); daughters, Stacy Finch Johnson (Casper), Katie Finch; sister, Brenda Fletcher (Eddie) and brother, Dennis Watkins.

A graveside committal service to honor the life of Larry will take place at Fitzgerald Cemetery on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 9 a.m. The family invites all who knew Larry to attend.
