Domination. That’s the word to describe Southeastern’s baseball team this week as they pick up double-digit wins in every game played this week, culminating in a program record 31-0 win over University of South Carolina Beaufort on Friday.

In what was sure to be a passionate game between local rivals, the Florida Tropics fell to the Orlando SeaWolves 6-10. The Tropics are set to go on the road this Sunday to play the St. Louis Ambush.

The Lakeland Magic won one of their two games with a big win over the Long Island Nets to take control over the No. 1 spot in the Eastern Conference.

The Lakeland Christian men’s and women’s soccer teams had big games this weekend. After a win on Wednesday to advance to the state semifinals the men’s team fell to Palmer Trinity. The women’s team, however, triumphed over Miami Country Day to advance to the state finals.
