Mary Coil Barker went with the Lord on January 6, 2024. Mary was born in Gillett, PA. She came to Lakeland in 1972. Worked at Bunker Hill Dodge, and for several years at Publix in retail accounting.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend passed away on January 10th, 2024, at the age of 86. Judy was born in Detroit, Michigan to Willmer and Dorothy Foor. She moved from Detroit to Florida where she spent most of her life.

John Robert Bullard, age 87, passed away at Lakeland Regional Hospital on January 23rd, 2024, after being diagnosed two and a half years ago with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (blood cancer).

She was born, Mary Lee Geraldine Pumphrey on April 19th, 1949, along with her twin sister Martha, to their parents Rev. Harvey Thomas Pumphrey & Rency Jane Pumphrey in Graceville, Florida.

Jacquelene “Jackie” Cooper Wheeler, 93, passed from this life into her eternal home with her dear Savior and Lord on January 8, 2024.

Martha Hopson Ready, 92, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024, as a result of cancer. Mrs. Ready was born on July 31, 1931, in Franklin, GA and grew up there.

Merle Eugene Holsen, age 96, of Winter Haven, Florida peacefully went to be with our Lord on January 16, 2024.

Major Steve Welch was born on January 18, 1954, one of five Salvation Army officer children of Majors Jeffery L. (Promoted to Glory) and Shirley M. Welch (Promoted to Glory).

Douglas MacArthur King Sr. 81, a veteran passed away on January 13, 2024 peacefully at his home in Lakeland, FL surrounded by his loving family. The son of James and Mary (Albritton) King.

Joan Gorman Pierce, 87, of Lakeland passed on January 12, 2024 at her daughter’s home. She was born in Lakeland on December 1, 1936 to Edward and Muriel Gorman and remained a lifelong Lakeland resident.
