Jimmy Belle’s Seafood Market and Grill, which attracted a large following as soon as it opened 20 months ago, has closed. A new message was added to the restaurant’s sign on South Florida Avenue last night: “Closed. Thank you for your business.”
Lkld Eats: Antico Wood-Fired Pizza
The Vibe: Rome meets Istanbul in a family-friendly restaurant that serves Italian and Turkish standbys in the corner of a south Lakeland strip center. Expect subdued lighting, live music on weekends, and perhaps some Rat Pack-inspired piped-in tunes.

The Vibe: Mexican restaurant attached to a Latino market attracts neighborhood families and foodie hipsters with authentic fare, killer guacamole and futbol on big screens.
