Woodrow “Woody” Lamb, 89

Woodrow “Woody” Lamb, born July 29, 1931 in Branford FL, entered heaven from Good Shepherd Hospice House March 12, 2021.

He was preceded in death by parents Nule and Eva, sisters Herma, Mildred, and Tommie. He is survived by his wife Ann, sister Altha Mae, daughter Marsha, son Scott, stepson Tim (Jane) four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

He was a veteran from the U S Navy and in sales his entire professional life, working for Lance Inc, Hillshire Farms, Manheim Auto Auction, and Ernie White Construction. He worked up to three jobs at one time until he retired at age 85. Woody loved being around people and never met a stranger.

He was a member of Gapway Baptist Church 1705 Terry Road Lakeland FL where his viewing and funeral will be held Tuesday March 16, 2021. Viewing at 1:00 P.M., funeral following at 1:30 P.M. Condolences may be sent to the family at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes.
