Warren Harvey Foster was born October 4, 1961, in Tampa, Florida to Ruth A. Foster and the late John W. Foster. He was educated in the public school system of Hillsborough County .and was a graduate of Hillsborough High School. Warren enjoyed playing on the school’s soccer and baseball teams. Among Warren’s favorite activities was his love of the game of chess. Warren also loved to D.J. (known as Blip Blip) on A.M. radio 88.5 in Tampa, Florida. He was formerly employed by the Pecks Chemical Company.

He departed his life on May 19, 2020 at Tampa General Hospital. Warren leaves many cherished memories to his devoted mother Ruth A. Foster II of Hollywood, Florida, Marco Foster of Tampa, Florida, (4) nieces, Katisha Foster and Katrina Foster, of Tampa, Florida, Denae Foster of Tampa, Florida, Dominique Foster of Tampa, Florida, (2) uncles, Wayne K. Peacock and wife Carolyn of Tampa, Florida, Willie Peacock of Tampa Florida, (3) aunts, Eliza Johnson and husband Jerill of New York, New York, Florence P. Rogers and husband James of Tampa, Florida, Charlotte Grable of Macon, Georgia, (12) cousins, Carlton T. Gambrell II and wife Shamira of New York, NY, Gerald D.
