Three Black employees of the McDonald’s at North Socrum Loop Road and Walt Loop Road have filed a federal lawsuit alleging their manager subjected them to racist comments and retaliated when they confronted her about it, The Tampa Bay Times reports. McDonald’s released a statement today saying it takes the workers seriously and will review the allegations and “take actions accordingly.”
