Circuit Judge Donald Jacobsen is expected to rule this week on a motion to dismiss a second-degree charge against former City Commissioner Michael Dunn, The Ledger reports. Dunn’s lawyers argue that he was defending himself against a threat of attack when he shot and killed an intoxicated man leaving his store with a stolen hatchet in October 2018.
