Rena Kimak, 72 of Tamarac and formerly of Bradenton, FL passed away on Wednesday morning, April 22, 2020. Born in Taylor, PA on July 14, 1947, she is daughter of John Kimak Jr. and Chesterena Kimak.
Rena retired 6 years ago after a 30 year career with the CIA. During her career she worked and lived in many countries including Russia, Japan and Columbia. She was dedicated in her service and career for our country.
Most importantly, she will be remembered by her family as a devoted and loving sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by her sister-in-law Beverly Kimak, cousins Carol Eileen and Linda, Aunt Marion Siok, niece Melissa Jurovaty and her husband Bob, niece Christine Cuadro and numerous extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Terry Beck and caretakers for supporting the family over the past two years.
With the current social distancing requirements the family will have a limited graveside service. Rena will be laid to rest next to her brother, John Kimak III at Serenity Gardens in Lakeland, FL. The family will provide details for a celebration when circumstances allow.
