For several months, that was the only way Sam Reck could see JoAnn, his wife of nearly 30 years and a skilled nursing resident, because of coronavirus restrictions. On Saturday, he got to hold her hand one last time before she died at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center after a COVID-19 diagnosis.
