RESTORED: A 99-year-old house next to the South Florida Avenue Church of Christ that was once a candidate for demolition has been restored. It is now home to a family and students at a school of preaching based at the church in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. Restoration was performed by Albert C. Moore Construction and funded by Gregory Fancelli, a historic preservation advocate.

AFFORDABLE: A Tampa developer that specializes in affordable housing is planning Swan Lake Village, an 84-unit complex at 2076 Griffin Road. Residents will include people with disabilities and people who qualify as low income and very low income. City commissioners decided Monday to waive more than $400k in impact fees for the project.

FATALITIES: Motorcyclist Phillip Steven Mouser of Bartow and his passenger, 22-year-old Tayler R. Rozelle of Lakeland, died Sunday when they collided with a car that turned into their path on Gary Road at Interlachen Parkway, police reported.
