VETS SURPLUS: The military surplus store in which former City Commissioner Michael Dunn holds a 10 percent stake reopens today, nearly two months after Dunn shot and killed a shoplifter there. Majority owner Becky Ennis Gridley of Tallahassee will run it until she hires a new manager.
