The construction you may have seen at the southwest corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Parker Street is a $300,000 project to convert a 5,000-square-foot warehouse into NuJak Companies‘ headquarters. The $300,000 renovation is benefiting from a facade grant from Lakeland’s Community Redevelopment Agency, which is overseeing several improvement projects in the Parker Street neighborhood.
