Construction company president Timothy Alan Lundy, 59, of Lakeland, was sentenced to 13 years in prison Monday after pleading guilty last month to DUI manslaughter. His blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit on Nov. 6, 2015, after spending part of an afternoon at Hooter’s when his Corvette struck an F-150 from behind on Marcum Road and the accident killed driver David Joseph McCausland, 70, of Lake Wales.
