Three recent homicides in Lakeland have one thing in common, according to Police Chief Ruben Garcia: In each case, police believe the victims knew their attacker. The most recent case involves Francisco and Irma Molina, ages 69 and 72, whose bodies were found in their west Lakeland mobile home early Sunday, News Channel 8 reports. Earlier cases were those of Takeria Adderly, whose body was found near a north Lakeland pond a month after she was reported missing, and Jeannie Dominguez, who was gunned down through the front door of her residence near Lakeland High School.
